1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DailySnapper website or engaging VIET QUOC TRAN, INC for any photography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

DailySnapper provides professional photography, videography, retouching, and related production services. All service agreements are subject to a separate written contract outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

3. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by DailySnapper remain the intellectual property of VIET QUOC TRAN, INC until full payment has been received. Upon payment, a usage licence is granted to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled shoot are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Refunds for completed work are not issued unless there is a documented failure to deliver agreed deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

VIET QUOC TRAN, INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and applicable UK law where services are rendered in the United Kingdom.
